How much is the deposit?
$100 per person ($200 per cabin)
When is the deposit deadline?
Deposit early to pick your stateroom. Group closes when cabins are gone and/or 180 days before travel (unless cruise line recalls unsold cabins earlier).
When is final payment due?
Final Payment is due September 24, 2024.
Can I make payments?
Yes, I can set up your invoice to send you monthly reminders to make a payment. You can also pay at other intervals as you see fit as long as the total is paid on or before September 24, 2024.
Do I have to have a passport?
Generally a passport is not required for closed-loop cruises (starting and ending in the same port). A passport is HIGHLY recommended because if something happens during travel and you have to return home to the US another way (not the ship), there can be major issues getting home.

What if I'm not sure if I will be able to go this far in advance?
If you are not certain but would like to go, you can place your deposit now. It is refundable until final payment is due. You can also change guest names on the cabin until that point. Once the cabins are gone, I will not be able to get more for this price.
What if rates go down?
It is unlikely you will find a lower rate than early group rates. however if you do, we can reprice the cabin until final.
What if I want to be the only person in my cabin?
I can check for single occupancy cabins, but they are gone fairly early. If you would still like to go and single occupancy cabins are no longer available, you will have to pay the rate as if two people are in the cabin minus taxes and fees of the second person. You will also only pay gratuities for one person.
What if I want more than 2 people in my cabin?
Group pricing is only available for double occupancy cabins. Contact me for pricing for cabins with 3 or more people. Non-group cabin deposits are NOT refundable.
What if I want to take a cruise but not for these dates, ship or itinerary?
Click on "More Info" instead of "Book Now" and set up an appointment with me. We can discuss other itineraries, dates and ships. Sometimes I can find group space available for other dates as well!
Can you create a group just for me?
Yes! If you have a group of people who would like to travel with you at another time, set up an appointment with me and we can discuss the details and benefits! A group is considered 8 or more double occupancy cabins.
Why should I purchase travel protection now, instead of closer to departure?
Most travel protection policies will not cover pre-existing health issues if you do not purchase travel protection at time of booking (or within a set amount of days, varies by supplier). If you have a health issue crop up closer to final payment and/or closer to travel you will be unable to add protection that will cover. Please see policy details for more information. They are linked in the "Travel Protection" section.
